The first matches of the new season will be played on Tuesday 13th April at 6.30 p.m. and will be four matches in the Preliminary Round of the Inter-Divisional Cup. This year, as well as the normal 4 chalks per place, based on the 2009 tables, B Division clubs will receive an extra 20 chalks when playing an A Division team. The draw for the Prelim Rd and the 1st Round are on the Inter-Divisional Cup page.

 

League matches will commence, with one exception,  on Tuesday 27th April.
2009 A Division Champions, Rhodes ‘B’ commence their defence with a home game against Higher Blackley Cons, whilst promoted teams The Grove and Simpson Memorial start away at Cheetham Hill CC and at home to Rhodes ‘A’ respectively.

In the B Division Nimble Nook M&P start on the 13th April at home to Middleton Cons’A’, and by one of those strange coincidences, will play them the following week in the 1st Rd of the Cup.

The first two handicaps of the season, will be played on Sunday 16th May, The President’s Handicap at Tonge 1 p.m., and Sunday 11th July, The Pairs Handicap at Cheetham Hill 1 p.m.
